About GrainPoint

Discover the story behind Nigeria's premier integrated agricultural powerhouse

Our Story: A Strategic Union

GrainPoint was established in 2025 through the strategic merger of two highly successful Nigerian agribusinesses: Zazzau Farms and Foods Nigeria Ltd (Est. 2015) and HAB Global Ventures Limited (Est. 2022). This unification was executed with a clear vision – to create a single, scaled champion capable of optimizing the entire Nigerian food value chain.

The merger combines Zazzau Farms' deep expertise in field-level engagement, large-scale grain production, and farmer aggregation with HAB Global Ventures' robust capabilities in commodity trading, logistics, and market access. Together, we form an end-to-end food system integrator unlike any other in Nigeria.

Operating as GrainPoint, we leverage the synergies of our combined experience to ensure efficient resource deployment, enhanced quality control, and unparalleled operational scale. Our integrated approach allows us to serve every segment of the agricultural value chain – from smallholder farmers to large-scale food processors.
